About this bottle
Old Dominick 8-Year Reserve Bourbon (2025 Release) is crafted with a mash bill comprising 75% corn, 13% rye, and 8% malted barley, mirroring the composition of the brand's Tennessee whiskey. This bourbon also undergoes charcoal mellowing before an 8-year maturation period in new American oak barrels. Head Distiller David Valentine selected the barrels for this blend at the Memphis distillery, which commenced operations in 2017. It became available on Friday, September 5, 2025, at the distillery's downtown Memphis tasting room, along with select retailers throughout Tennessee and the Southeast. The SRP is $59.99.
