About this bottle
Oran is an blended Scotch whisky brand from American independent Scotch whisky bottler The Perfect Fifth. Oran was created by Jim Murray, author of Jim Murray's Whisky Bible. Blend No. 2 is a blend of equal parts single malt Scotch whisky and single grain Scotch whisky. Unlike Blend No. 1 which is aged exclusively in ex-bourbon barrels, there's a sherried cask component in this bottling. Bottled at 50% ABV, only 465 bottles were produced. Limited quantities are available at select retailers in New York, New Jersey, and California as well as online via the brand's website beginning November 2023. (SRP $189)
