The Orkney Gin Company is a small scale family business, proud of their Orcadian roots. Its gin is produced in the Isle of Burray, using the bathtub or cold compound method. Seven times distilled grain spirit is used, infused with natural and local Orcadian botanicals. Johnsmas is inspired by the long, clear days of an Orkney summer where the sun barely sets.
