Peg Leg Porker 15 Year Tennessee Straight Bourbon (Batch No. 1)

The new owner was kind enough to let me sample this. I swear it has BBQ sauce in the juice. Lots of brown sugar and a tanginess that I've never experienced in a bourbon before. It may be a gimmick but it's a hell of an experience.

Was very fun to try. I don’t know that I would pay what the distillery wants for this bottle. But this has been a really fun gift to drink.

Punch of oak and smoke, very little burn, lingering, sweet finish
