About this bottle

Distillerie Poisson on Marie-Galante produces the Père Labat expression with 40% ABV. This bottling uses the same four native sugarcane varieties and Creole column still distillation as the 59 proof version. It was matured in open-top wooden foudres before being bottled at 80 proof.
