My batch had 57.2% abv and was for k and l wines, a sample a friend brought for a socially distanced tasting with a few friends in my apartment. Very good, preferred Dair Ghaelach Knockrath Forest. Nose: Raisins, Dates, Cherries, Chocolate, Toffee, Strawberries, Raspberries, Mangoes, Papayas, Pineapples, Apricots, Flowers, Lemon Cookies Palate: Caramel, Raisins, Chocolate, Toffee, Apricots, Almonds, Citrus, Mangoes, Passion Fruit, Cinnamon, Raspberries, Nutmeg, Pears Finish: Sultanas, Raisins, Oranges, Cherries, Flowers, Apricots, Raspberries, Blackberries, Mangoes, Passionfruit, Caramel, Cherries, Vanilla

ton of flavor ramped up from your typical Irish whiskey with some extra fruitiness from the sherry casks that gives it a really nice finish

Wow. That mouthfeel, so oily. Massive pepper spice hits initially, red fruits, dates almost a hint of liquorice. Absolutely delicious.

All the best of Redbreast 12 with a bit of heat! One of the best whiskeys I’ve had.

Amazing taste on the front of the palate; typical gross Irish finish.

Second favorite whiskey so far, fruity but extremely well balanced
