Nose: Rye spice, cinnamon, molasses, vanilla, and oak. Palate: More rye spice followed by rum flavors of spice, cinnamon, molasses, and brown sugar. Finish: Molasses sweetness with a little ethanol.
Bright almost citrus nose, nice coconut warm notes on the taste. Big honey on the finish. Not quite as thick and luscious as the Angels Envy cask finished, but I could see this growing on me
