NOSE Caramel, oak, roasted nuts, candied citrus, old leather and Twizzlers with a slight bit of dried fruit. Warm, approachable, pleasant, I’m enjoying this so far. PALATE Caramel, oak, vanilla, baking spice, black tea and some cereal sweetness with a touch of copper chalky cocoa and leather. Sweet and earthy, but unfortunately, heavily, dry and tannic. FINISH Medium-long -> Caramel, oak and cereal sweetness

Nose: cinnamon red hot candies, Vanilla and some ethanol Palate: barrel spice, brown sugar, pepper and something earthy like pine or woody. Finish: it doesn’t linger. No big hug here. Peppery piney spice on the back of the palate. Overall: it’s really solid pour. Placing this next to their expression “lost monarch” and it falls a bit short. But it’s solid. I’d recommend picking one up.

Citrus nose, easy and viscous on the palette. Fairly short but interesting finish…possibly grapefruit? Not a great value but I like that they plant a tree for every bottle of Redwood Empire whiskey they sell.

Never have I experienced such a tight whiskey. Nothing on the nose but I could smell the baked beans and smoked pork at dinner. The taste is nondiscript as well but I can tell it's whiskey

Nose is light. Marshmallow and sweeter notes. Taste is pepper, caramel and vanilla, touch of maple and cereal notes. Maybe some cherry notes in there too. Pretty oily. Solid drop
