Cherry, brown sugar, sweet leather/tobacco, dark sweet oak. Pretty much sums it up. The proof was a bit low, and you can tell, but its still cask strength. Heard rumors that its got some 18 yr old bourbon in it as well. Its definitely an experience. I paid a bit too much for it at 250. If it was around $175 mark, i think its a definite buy for me. Even at 250, im not mad about it, but not a QPR bourbon at that point.

On the nose, there is a ton of bittersweet oak, it's delightful! The palate comes across a bit more bitter forward, and sweetness in back palate. However, 3 drops (literally) of water does wonders. It makes it much much sweeter, and it's amazing!!
Spicy but good amount of sweetness. Nice long finish
Apricot, ethanol, oak
