River basin hand finished rye whiskey

Hot and sweet on nose with rye, cinnamon, cherry Jolly Rancher, caramel, mint and wood. Starchy and hot to the palate; cinnamon, bread, caramel-very one-dimensional. Long spicy finish.

Tried neat. On the nares I get ethanol, mint, oat, spice, cinnamon, & maraschino cherries. On the palate it’s hot and spicy with notes of cinnamon and wood.
