Rivulet Artisan Pecan

I’m not someone who gravitates toward liqueurs but I was offered a sample so why not. Notes are from memory but this was surprisingly very good. The base spirit is brandy, in which pecans and spices are soaked prior to being dredged out. The result was something of maple syrup drizzled pecan pancakes with cinnamon and oily whipped cream. Nice heavy mouthfeel and can absolutely see myself purchasing a bottle for the holidays.

Pretty spot-on to what you’d expect from a pecan liqueur! Gotta find some vanilla ice cream now...

This is my go to after dinner drink.
