About this bottle
Rootstock Cider & Spirits is a family-owned farm distillery formerly known as Apple County Spirits. Like their applejack, their apple brandy is made with 100% apples harvested from their own orchard. In this case, there are over 12 apple varieties used and instead of used bourbon barrels which ages their applejack, here they use ex-red wine casks from a winery in the Finger Lakes.
