A spiced rum by Professor Cornelius Ampleforth's in England aged for a minimum of 15 years in oak. It has an aromatic birth with notes of vanilla, fresh sliced orange, dark chocolate, ripe plums & oak; while a thick & creamy life adds notes of crystallized peels, Seville orange marmalade & a hint of blackberry; that led to a long & intense death with notes of soft chamois leather, cedar wood, cinnamon, cloves, licorice, old-fashioned cola cubes & bittersweet orange & toasted oak. Strong scent of vanilla and orange. Tastes spicy and sweet! One of the more interesting flavors. A bit harsh going down
