Santa Fe Spirits Apple Brandy

An intense, Calvados style Apple Brandy by Colin Keegan founder of Santa Fe Spirits Distillery in New Mexico made with local organic ingredients aged for a minimum of 10 months in new American oak. It has an aromatic birth with notes of apple peel, vanilla, fruit, cinnamon, hints of oak, pepper & leather; while a fresh & mellow life adds notes of apples, more oak, vanilla & cinnamon; that leads to a spicy death of medium length with notes of oak & black pepper. Red apples, caramel, oak, and peaches and cream nose. Apples and cinnamon and oak taste. Very mild sweetness.

on the nares I get the obvious apple, caramel, sweet, dried fruit. On the palate I get hot fruit like glogg

Very flavorful without the usual burn. Maybe a little sweet
