This is not a flavored whisky! The fourth release since 2018 of this bottling exclusively uses 100% sherry-matured single cask single malts from Speyside. Chocolate is the dominant flavor profile, with each cask said to have been chosen for its “cocoa-rich tasting notes”. It is bottled at 48% ABV without colouring or chill-filtration. It is limited to 3,000 bottles and is available as of July, 2021.

Nose has sherry influences with some spice. Taste does have some chocolate flavor coming through but perhaps not as prominent as expected. Some sweetness and spice with subtle sherry notes, overall a decent dram.
풀쉐리라는 것에 비해 쉐리 향이 강하지는 않다. 다소 심심하다고 느낄 수도 있는 맛. 뚜따라 그럴지 모르나 부즈에 쉐리 단맛이 살짝 묻히는 느낌이 들 정도니까. 극단적으로 얘기해서 이 가격에? 싶은 맛
