AnttiRG 4.0

A rich, Single Malt Scotch by Hunter Laing's in Islay, Scottland aged for 10 years in American oak before being bottled at 40% ABV. It has an aromatic birth with notes of grains, wood, fruit, flowers, herbs & spices; while a rich life adds notes of toasted brioche with honey, green olives, lime, stewed rhubarb & vanilla; that led to a smoky death at sea of medium length adding notes of peat smoke, oak, pepper, leather & sea spray.

Szarkie 4.0

The nose is peaty, with some candy, plastic, and brine. On the palate it is very smokey, lots of peat, Band-Aids, cigar tobacco, salt, light fruits, and a bit sour. The finish lingers, sour salty and peaty. This is a big bold Islay whisky, quite enjoyable, quite smooth.

pwincza 4.0

Nose: fisherman’s harbor, salt water, sardines, smoke with hints of leather. Palate: sweet vanilla, and a slow rumble of peaty smoke and crushed peppercorns interwoven with menthol Finish: sweet peat and some mint freshness

Mbambuto 2.3

Nose: strong smoke, seaweed Body: smoke, salted caramel Finish : very short, salty notes linger a bit Overall, a very smooth drink with not much to it

Looneyhead 4.3

Nose: mineral, peat smoke, heavy oak, green olive brine, charcoal. Palate: peat, smoke, brine, vanilla, herbs, earth. Long, smoky, herbal finish.

Kasper de Harder 3.5

Nose: peated/smokey not too sweet Taste: quite short, peated but not a heavy taste. Sweeter at the end
