About this bottle
Established in 2008, Pemberton Distillery is the only organic craft distillery in British Columbia. Based in the Pemberton Valley region, the distillery makes most of their spirits with a mash of locally-grown organic Pemberton potatoes, including their Schramm Organic Gin. This gin is a London-dry style gin and made with six botanicals: juniper, orange peel, cinnamon, rosemary, wild rose hips, and Cascade hops. It is bottled at 44% ABV.
