Seven Devils Rye Whiskey

Koenig Distillery sources this 4 yr rye from "North America" and then blends, filters, and cuts it with Idaho mountain water. Not a successful product when I tried it in 2017. Harsh ethanol and raw oak. Maybe it has improved since.

Smooth from start to finish. Slight spice in the mid tones, faint clove taste, overall a great whiskey from a small distillery.
