Seven Seals Port Wood

Wow, spent ages inhaling the sweet fruit cake aromas on this one before even getting to the tasting. This one's sweet through and through. Almost syrupy mouth feel but smooth. Bit of warmness on the finish - can imagine sitting in a chalet atop the Stanserhorn in winter passing on the Kaffi-Schnapps for one of these instead!

Nose: fruity, almost tropical, light, peach, sweet, vanilla Mouthfeel: bright, peaty, toffee, dry, vanilla Finish: long, lingering, burn

Light, thin, strong taste, wood, caramel
