Sheridan's Coffee Layered Liqueur

First tasting of the evening. After a lot of beers. Half bottle. Coffee part is delicate cold bitter coffee with sugar. Very sticky and a lot of sugar. Cream part very similar to creamy candy. A bit bitter, strange. When paired, the taste becomes more balanced. The taste is very intense. Very sweet, difficult to drink neat. Great topping for ice cream or other desserts.

Better than Kahlua by a mile. Very well balanced between the acidity of coffee and the rich sweetness of the cream.
