Shibui Single Grain 15 Year Sherry Oak is distilled in Okinawa in stainless steel pot stills from Indicia rice and Okinawan black koji. The whisky is matured in sherry casks exclusively for 15 years using first-fill manzanilla and fino sherry casks.

Just opened and trying with a cigar for the first time, so will come back again, but great first impression and nice compliment to a smoke with the sherry cask coming through nicely with notes of fruit and subtle spice and sweet smooth finish.
Baed on other reviews and all of the flavors, I should taste this one again.
