Skellig Six18 Irish Gin draws inspiration from the coastal environment surrounding its home on Ireland’s southwest coast. It incorporates four locally gathered wild botanicals: Douglas fir, yarrow, birch, and dillisk, a type of Atlantic seaweed. The distillery, Skellig Six18 Distillery, which produces both Irish whiskey and gin, derives its name from the 618 stone steps that ascend to Skellig Michael. This 6th-century monastic island, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is now famously known as the location of Luke Skywalker's Jedi sanctuary.
