The nose is a lovely mix of smoke, char, and spice notes. The palette starts off surprisingly sweet on the front of the tongue with caramel notes that give way to smokey, briny notes with just a hint of bitterness. The finish is smoother than expected, with lingering smoke and a bit more bitterness, and a light burn in the belly.

Peat and smoke on nose. Solid mix of sweet and spicy; first it's smoothly sweet and peat and then sharpens to a warm spice as you swallow and gently lingers
