Sorgin

An intense, Gin by Sabine Jaren & François Lurton for Sorgin Distillery in Bordeaux, France distilled from the Sauvignon Blanc grape with added grapefruit zest, violets, lemon, gorse, lime zest, redcurrant buds, & of course a distillate of juniper. It has an aromatic birth with notes of juniper, Sauvignon Blanc, zest & herbs; while an elegant life adds notes of grapefruit, lime, grass, vegetal, herbs & a hint gooseberry. that led to a long & complex death with notes of berries, currant, juniper, broom flower & violet. November 2018 / February 2019

Good, small-batch gin, interesting flavors match the label description, didn’t find it quite as fascinating, smooth though.
