St. Agrestis is a Brooklyn-based maker of aperitivo and digestivo spirits as well as ready-to-drink cocktails. Phony Negroni is their non-alcoholic take on the Italian cocktail offering the same bitterness of the classic expression. Here, they've added carbonation to mimic the alcoholic bite. Serve chilled straight from the bottle or over ice. If you top that glass with Prosecco you can create a low-ABV Negroni Sbagliato. Launched in February 2022, it's sold in a 12-pack of 200ml bottles for $59.99
