Bananas foster on the nose. Very tropical smelling. Sweet and spicy. Anise. Brûlée’d sugar. Leaves a very strong and lasting impression on the mouth. Feels like a smash up of a bourbon, a Smokey single malt, and a cognac. Very complex, yet balanced. Also very smooth for the abv.
