Stone Barn Dark Roast Straight Rye Whiskey

The nose is classic rye, with hints of fresh cut grass and grain dust. The palate is somewhat sweeter than I expected with anise, grass, and rye spice. The finish is long and lingering. There's heat from the 46% abv, and a definite chocolate/coffee presence at the end.

Beautiful notes of dark chocolate and coffee. Very rounded. Some sweetness to balance it out. Gorgeous rye
