It’s good but it’s a bit off-balanced… the high-proof was a good idea but it still doesn’t hide the youth of the whiskey… the nose is a kind-of deceiving because it has rye-spice but that’s not in the palate… I can taste the roastiness, char and coffee for sure but really wanted that cinnamon on the palate… the finish is long and deep (good thing) with some surprising floral notes (very unexpected).
