Sugarlands Shine Mark & Digger's Rye Apple Moonshine

A delicate, Tennessee Moonshine by Sugarland Distilling Co. in Gatlinburg, Tennessee crafted with unaged rye, gala apples with traditional pie spices such as nutmeg, allspice & clove; bottled at 80 proof. It has an aromatic birth with hints of grain, tree fruit & spices; while a full life adds hints of rye & apple pastry; that led to a spicy death of medium length with notes of nutmeg, allspice & clove. The Rye spice pair’s really well with the apple flavor. It is sweet but not overly so. Very nice finish!

Rye pairs with the apple flavor perfectly. I would buy a gallon of it.

Has a spicy front with a very sweet finish.
