A creamy, Malt Whisky Finish Rum by Rum master Juan Alberto Alvarez for Oliver & Oliver Distillery in Dominican Republic. Not only is this Dominican Rum based on old Cuban recipes & aged for dozen years "Solera style" - it is also finished in barrels that previously held Ben Nevis Single Malt Whisky from the Highlands. It has an aromatic birth with notes of vanilla, plum, caramel, Malt Whisky & a hint of toffee; while a delicate & rich life adds notes of tropical spices, chocolate, peated malt & Luxardo cherry; that led to a death of medium length with a bite, hints of toffee, malt & peat.
