Booze forward with minimal sweetness. Guessing it’s competing with barrel strength or intended to be used as a mixer. Won’t be ordering again.

Creamy and smooth, vanilla, maple, nutty & oaky finish can taste high proof but sits nicely. Finish is right in terms of length
Fantastic barrel strength craft bourbon from NY. Just the right amount of sweetness and spice. All local ingredients. Love it.
Wasn’t expecting much of this NY State bourbon but was pleasantly surprised at its great vanilla and butterscotch flavors.
Not as bad as a burn as I was expecting. It does have good flavor, but I’m having it in a bourbon sour. Perfect.
Solid better with ice (also not the same bourbon. Actually drank the straight bourbon whiskey)
