This whiskey is made from 100% Minnesota-grown rye (85% AC Hazlet Rye and 15% malted rye). After aging for 2 years in 53-gallon new, charred American oak the whiskey aged for a further two years in tawny and ruby port wine barrels (225L French oak). Available as of November 2021.

A fun try! I don’t know that I would buy another bottle of the port finish. But it makes some fun cocktails. It is sip worthy, however I found it hard to want to go back to nightly.
