Teeling Single Pot Still Cask Strength Single Barrel Sellect Irish Whiskey

Fall 2022 Release An intense, Irish Whiskey crafted by Master Distiller, Alex Chasko for Teeling Distillery in Dublin, Ireland with a mash bill of 50% malted & 50% unmalted barley, that's triple-distilled then matured in a combination of American virgin oak, ex-bourbon & ex-sherry casks; then non-chill filtered bottled at 55% ABV. It has an aromatic birth with notes of grain, wood, stewed orchard fruits, herbs & spices; while a rich & spicy life adds notes of toasted barley, salted caramel, red apple, sherry, marshmallows, apricot yoghurt & banana milkshake; that leads to a balanced death of medium length with notes of milk chocolate latte, spearmint, leather, oak & winter spices.
