About this bottle

Teeling Spirit of Dublin Poitín is made from 50% malted barley and 50% unmalted barley, all of it sourced from Ireland. It is distilled three times in traditional copper pot stills and is bottled at 52.5% ABV without aging. This was the first release to come out of the Teeling Distillery in Dublin which opened in 2015.

Sweet, light and refreshing. Vanilla/chocolate on the nose. Quite smooth going down. I like it. Had it at the Teeling distillery in Dublin, after tasting their single malt, single grain, and small batch. There are definite commonalities between this and the single malt.
