This limited edition bottling of The Botanist Gin was released in celebration of the 2021 Fèis Ìle as well as the 10th anniversary of the initial release of the product in 2011. This aged gin is made like the flagship bottling with 22 botanicals which are harvested on Islay. Distilled at Bruichladdich in 2011, this gin has been aging for 10 years in a premium red wine cask.

Unique stuff with notes of strawberries, oranges, honey, cherries, ginger, raisins, figs, prunes, sultanas, lemon peels, grapefruit, juniper, cheesecake, walnuts, brown sugar, elderflower, and roses. Can easily be mistaken for a wine cask whisky in a blind tasting.
