This one sips nicely for a $40 bottle. It has an apparent sherry influence which I like in scotch and works nicely in this Irish offering. Will need to try other offerings at some point to see why the expert score is so low compared to others. It seems like the scotch scale is different from bourbon on this app. Amazing scotches get high 80s while mediocre bourbons can hit low 90s with ease. When I research scotch and Irish i tend to mentallo add 10 points to the expert score.
