THE COOPER 10 YEAR LIMOUSIN OAK OCTAVE FINISH

Really distinctive summer floral nose. Rich mouthfeel, buttery to oily. Dried figs. Spices. I get a not-unpleasant burnt orange peel note. Drop of water seems to accentuate creme brûlée. Long finish and warming to burn.

Fruit nose. Tasted very young for a 10 year.
