The Dubh Glas Distillery Noteworthy Gin

This is a gin drinkers gin. Full of flavor and punch, pairing with a tonic is almost doing it a disservice. I bought my bottle from The distillery signed by the distiller!

Delicious. The nose is like a lemon layered cake with some vanilla and a good dose of juniper. Little bit of a juniper bite on the finish but is otherwise very smooth
