BATCH No. - 2 PROOF - 116.6 ABV - 58.3% NEAT NOSE - I’ve never got this note in bourbon before, so it stood out to me as soon as I put my nose in the glass. The predominant note was that of a green apple jolly rancher supported by notes of caramel, blackberries, and other dark fruits. PALATE - Not as amazing as the nose, but some fruit (mainly green apple) and caramel come through. FINISH - Medium length. Slightly viscous mouthfeel. BUY? - Absolutely. BUY AGAIN? - I think its worthy of a backup or atleast worthy of picking up future batches.
