The Whistler Irish Honey

Nose:whiffs of sweet honey and graham crackers and touch whiskey. Palate: much the same as nose, honey, graham crackers, nice touch cinnamon, light oak, and a almond creaminess at the end. The finish is surprisingly long for a sweet whiskey, it sweet and cinnamon spicy, but not too hot, just enough to let you know your still drinking whiskey, very pleasant. I’m not big flavored whiskey fan, but this good if you want a change up, but it is more sweet than whiskey flavored.

Smells a little funny, tastes very sweet of honey.. so much so, that I can’t drink it do to my eating habits. But I bet this would be freaking awesome in some vanilla bean ice cream.

It tastes like good honey with not as good Irish Whiskey, after its all combined i get more of a “butterscotch whiskey” feel. I would drink again however as it was not bad.

Yellow cake batter smell Leaves a very sweet finish. Not storng at all of an Irish Whiskey taste.

Sharp whiskey taste with strong caramel note. Would be nice as a winter warmer on the rocks

Very sweet. Good as an after dinner shot or blended with other spirits to add sweetness.
