This Tullibardine is very new and I got a sample from Whisky.com who apparently is the only one actually having this in stock. It isn’t even on the official website of Tullibardine. Might be some kind of field test - who knows. On the nose it welcomes you with some fresh stone-fruits predominantly cherries and plums picked right from the tree. You also get some fresh damp hay and a bid of fermented apple. You definitely get a hint of sherry there as well. The palate offers chocolate with red berries which is surprisingly creamy. The finish stays for a long time and lingers about with a slight oaky bitterness and sour apple juice. It was enjoyable but makes you wonder why they would release an in-between whisky like this. All it really does for me is making me curious about the older ones which I expect to give me more richness and brinyness, which I was missing a bid here.

The presentation is beautiful. There is no mention of filtration or coloring. The nose is apples & cinnamon. The initial taste is light very friendly. Short finish. The mid palate is pleasant Carmel baked apple, light cinnamon. Quality casks. Shared this w/ 3 friends & everyone enjoyed it. No peat it’s not challenging. I would say it’s a great dram for a new scotch drinker or bourbon fan.

First of all, I've always been attracted by Tullibardine and I like all the stuff they do so far. On the nose: Loads of chocolate caramels and vanilla, some apples and pears, malt, strawberry, peaches. Palate: Caramel chocolate, maltiness, oak. Long and sweet finish caramel party.

Toasty oak on the nose. Decadent, velvety, rich. The palate delivery is caramelized plum and strawberry, and malt. The development brings some earthy notes along with some rustic bread followed by creme brûlée. The finish lingers for a good bit with more toasty oak.

Perfect for those that like scotch and bourbon but can’t quite decide what they want. Incredibly smooth, almost too smooth, I wish it took a little bit more of a stand. But it’s such an easy all evening sipper. Also, can’t overlook the 15 year age for $75.

Nose: floral, fruity, chocolate, notes of iodine Taste: oily, sweet, floral, spicy, oak at the end Finish: medium-long, spicy, apple Not bad, but to me it has too many notes that don’t play along together (I feel the iodine quite overwhelming)
