Twelve 33 Distillery Doc Scofflaw Carolina Straight Bourbon Whiskey 107 Proof

First opened the bottle and it tasted youthful and grainy with honey overtones. Two weeks later, wow did this change. All the grain and youthfulness was gone. On tap was berries, honey, caramel and spices on the finish. Wasn't impressed at first but damn did air open this one up.
