A fresh, Premium Junmai Ginjo Sake by Toji (Master Brewer) Hiroji Kitaba for Umenoyado Brewery in Nara, Japan crafted from a blend of Yamada Nishiki & Akebono sake rice polished so only 55% of the grain remains. It has a delicate birth with hints of grain, tree fruits & spices; while a creamy life adds hints of peach, vanilla & rice; that led to a long & crisp death.
