Appearance: Amber, very unctuous and with good tear formation. Aroma: Notes of toast elegantly mixed with peat, dehydrated fruits such as apricot, honey, caramel. Taste: Good greasiness, presence of toast, light peat, chestnuts and spices. With water: the sweet notes appear more like caramel and vanilla. Finish: Long and intense persistence, with slight heat.
