Watershed Bourbon Barrel Strength Single Barrel (Private Select "The Barrel Room")

The nose and palate are exceptional on this bourbon. For the significantly high ABV (64.6%), it amplifies the fruity apricot notes, and interestingly I got hints of birthday cake and bubblegum while drinking a pour of this bourbon. It has a sweetness that overtakes the overwhelming oak that normally dominates high proof bourbons. Definitely recommend this to friends and fellow enthusiasts.
