West Fork Whsky Co. Rye-Ter's Block

Late warmth, but otherwise very smooth. Lots of coffee flavor and some chocolate. Flavor is pretty subtle overall, especially upfront. This is the 3rd batch and I love the Indiana roots. High hopes for this rye.

2nd listed tasting, they truly have a great balance of heat. I like this batch more than the last. Nice caramel flavors. Less coffee flavor, which I like.
