It's just fine, but there's a unique note I just can't place and always forget about before I pour a glass. Santa Fe Spirts rep at a tasting didn't really describe it either - we couldn't quite place the note.

Wheeler's Western Dry Gin is named after George Wheeler, whose name also graces New Mexico's highest mountain. Along with juniper, it uses botanicals such as hops, osha root, cactus flowers, and sage.

fruity to the nares with orange, lemon, lime, & sea breeze. I get lemon and lime zest to the palate with more lemon.
Tastes like the desert in a glass. Gin so good you could drink it neat or on the rocks and enjoy it mightily.
Nose of juniper, orange, rich herbs and earth. Lightly sweet, herbal, earthy and fruity taste.
Love it in a martini.
