1.14.22 Served: Neat Aroma: Malt, pear, white plum, caramel (soft, real candy. Not syrup). Flavor: Starts as pear. Mids as bitter wood Tannins. Finishes like a regular bourbon or rye with bitter char. The flavor developes from mild to harsh. Easy for sipping, but lacks depth. Might be suited to fresh cocktails.

I drink from these every February and toast to Phil’s vision. They are good.
