About this bottle
The Austin Nichols Archives Collection is an annual limited-edition series from Wild Turkey in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky. Associate Master Blender Bruce Russell leads the series, which pays homage to sought-after vintage bottlings in the distillery's past. The first offering, Gold Foil Edition, is inspired by a popular expression from the 1980s and 1990s that enthusiasts called "Cheesy Gold Foil." This whiskey was aged for 16 years in barrels from Wild Turkey's Camp Nelson F, D, and E rickhouses. It is bottled unfiltered at 120 proof and will be available in limited quantities starting in May 2025, with a suggested retail price of $400.
