The nose starts with a burst of ripe fruit, flowers and charred oak. It is full of floral rye spice backed up with notes of vanilla. Hints of dark chocolate come out, giving you something new to explore with each visit. The palate starts off easy and dry, filling the mouth delectable dark chocolate, vanilla and floral rye spice. It's quite rich and chewy, and comes across as older than just four years. The finish is long, chewy and spicy, with the mouth tingling as nuances of flavor come out with each chew. This is beautifully simple, with each element being distinct and full.
